Feature Request: enable access to CiviCRM mailing groups as email recipients for a webform's email handler

1.0 Problem/Motivation

I am building a webform to capture requests to book members of a clients' speakers bureau for an interview, live event or podcast/tv/radio program. I have created a CiviCRM group for the subject matter experts in the speakers bureau. Rather than maintaining an email alias to facilitate sharing these requests with each member of the group, it would be convenient to allow CiviMail to route those requests to group members, recording an activity on the Bureau members contact record that the email was sent to them.

As a site administrator, when configuring an email handler, I would like to choose from the selector an option to send an email to the members of a CiviCRM group, which would expose an additional selector I can use to choose which group should serve as the recipient in the to:, cc: or bcc: options.
