Support for 8.x version of elastic/elasticsearch-php

Problem/Motivation

The current Drupal\elasticsearch_helper_views\Plugin\views\query\Elasticsearch is using Elasticsearch\Client which looks like it was changed to Elastic\Elasticsearch\Client on the newer version.

Steps to reproduce

Install the module.
Load the site.
The error requiring the wrong name space should appear.
