I have a redirect from "legacy/german" to "/de"
I would expect it to redirect to the German translation of the home page node when hitting /legacy/german
It loads the correct redirect but resolves it toe the English version of the home page node
The redirect is configured in the db with "internal:/de" and the language code is set to "Any"
Stepping trough the code I don't see any obvious problem so maybe the redirect should use a different destination URL?

What seems to be working for me as a temporary work-around is https://www.drupal.org/project/redirect/issues/2845245#comment-14456451 → , i.e. don't make it an internal redirect, include the full url in the target part.
