Use adjustment type for apply customer carrier account number

When the customer carrier account is applied, checkout charges 0 for shipping. However, the shipping charge still is saved on the Shipment object and shows in the backend on the Shipments tab. Adding and adjustment type for the shipment will prevent this and make it calculate the amount as zero consistently.
