Add the ability to alter the VG Wort counter ID for an entity

Problem/Motivation

A site is migrating terms to nodes and wishes to preserve the VG Wort counter IDs. At the moment the counter IDs are derived from the UUID of the entity. This issue will add a hook with copious document to allow it to be derived from another field on the entity. The reason we only allow another field is that this ensures we can regenerate the correct counter id for a specific revision if required and this limits the logic possible in the hook implementation.

Proposed resolution

Add a hook to retrieve a field name to use as a VG Wort counter ID.
