Is this module ready for D9 and D10? If yes, please edit the .info file

I try to install on D9.x and get the following:

./composer.json has been updated
Running composer update drupal/views_url_alias_filter
Loading composer repositories with package information
Updating dependencies
Info from https://repo.packagist.org: #StandWithUkraine
Your requirements could not be resolved to an installable set of packages.
  Problem 1
    - Root composer.json requires drupal/views_url_alias_filter ^1.0 -> satisfiable by drupal/views_url_alias_filter[1.0.0].
    - drupal/views_url_alias_filter 1.0.0 requires drupal/core ^8 -> found drupal/core[8.0.0, ..., 8.9.20] but the package is fixed to 9.5.4 (lock file vers               ion) by a partial update and that version does not match. Make sure you list it as an argument for the update command.

Use the option --with-all-dependencies (-W) to allow upgrades, downgrades and removals for packages currently locked to specific versions.

Installation failed, reverting ./composer.json and ./composer.lock to their original content.

Please make the module D9 ready ...
