After adding Paragraph help text or image content it is not displaying while adding paragraph in node/block content

Problem/Motivation

After adding Paragraph help text or image content it is not displaying while adding paragraph in node/block content from AJax response form

Steps to reproduce

Create one paragraph help content to any existing paragraph type then save and publish
Now got to add content add that specific paragraph type the help content should appear on top of the paragraph form but its not displaying
