Cut release for 2.0.0 stable

Problem/Motivation

There is no stable release under the SA program for Drupal 9 and/or 10. Let's fix that.

Remaining tasks

  1. ✅ Achieve D9 / D10 compatibility.
  2. ✅ Add (at least one) automated test.
  3. ✅ Implement security hardening for default configuration
  4. ✅ Implement coding standards changes (including constructor overriding change, since this is 2.x!)
