Theme Octavia throws multiple errors from core 9.57 and later

Problem/Motivation

The following updates are pending:

Steps to reproduce

OPnce I update to core 9.58 or 9.59 then the Octavia theme prevents the site from displaying
this is with php 7.4, with 8.0 and with 8.1
