Can we edit the page weight in a book?

Problem/Motivation

I would like to use this module to edit the weights of pages in a book (belonging to the core Book module), because the way it works now is either edit all the weights of all the pages together, or just edit the weight of one page. I have a book with many pages, and hte first is too large and the second is too slow. With your module I could edit a chapter at a time.

Steps to reproduce

The Views module lets you see the Weight of a Page in a Book, but I cannot seem to get it to show up under the "form" fields that are created by this module. Is there a way, or perhaps there is not and this is a feature request.

Proposed resolution

I tried using the " add account fields 💬 How make account fields an entity form? Needs review " solution and change "user" to "book", but that did not do it. Perhaps Books are not entities, I don't know.
