Problem/Motivation

The current Drupal core policy is to support the current version and two previous versions of Drupal → . Today, that means Drupal 10.0.x, 9.5.x, and 9.4.x. Drupal 9.3 support was dropped in December 2022.

Proposed resolution

I propose we drop support for Drupal versions before 9.4 on our current development branch (3.x).
