Setup could be improved

Setup is not easy and counterintuitive?

Firstly, I really appreciate and use this module and hope this feedback is helpful and constructive.

I found the setup counterintuitive and by default it doesn't work. But once working it's a fantastic module.

This is what I found:

1. Rebuild Tab
When I went to the 'Rebuild' tab it showed there was nothing that I could rebuild?

2. Custom Entities Settings
Next, I went to 'Sitemap Entities' and clicked 'Content' and below clicked on the types of content I wanted to be included (and thought I was making progress).

3. Go back to Rebuild Tab
But there was still nothing to rebuild under the Rebuild tab?

4. Sitemap Entities again
After wondering whether I should install an alternative (as mentioned on the project page), I clicked 'Sitemap Entities' and this time clicked 'Configure' by each content type?

By default they're all disabled. Perhaps, it would be better if there were 'included' by default under 'Configure' as you are already required to check the content type for them to be included.

After setting them to be included and saving again things started to happen.

5. Going back to Rebuild again
At last under 'Rebuild' I was able to click on 'node' and then 'Save configuration'.

5. It worked

A couple of thoughts:
1. On the Rebuild links if there are no available link types perhaps it could link to the Sitemap Entities and advise they need to be enabled?
2. On the Sitemap Entities page where content types are checked perhaps it could advise that you need to click 'configure' to include them as the default is for them to be exclued (or include them as default)?
