Display mode type condition

We also have ✨ Add optional View Mode condition to "View Content Entity" Event Fixed which was created later, but the approach there is more generic as the event to render/display an entity provides a token with the display mode. That token can then be used in many ways, but also to do a value comparison to get exactly what this condition would be all about. So, we are going to implement the other one, getting this feature request resolved as well.
