Use TokenEntityMapper service instead of custom mapping

Problem/Motivation

Since we're gonna support all entity types, it doesn't make sense to maintain a mapping between entity types and token names, especially knowing that it already exists in Token module.

This is also one step forward towards deprecating a plugin system for entity types and sub-modules.
