Multiple node created with different node id when clicking save multiple times

Problem

when we do multiple click on save button while creating a node. it will created multiple of node with different node id. this issue only occurs when we are using revision history plugin in creditor 5 premium feature module.

Step to reproduce

1. add content
2. fill input fields
3. click multiple times on save button
4. you will get success messages with multiple articles (image attached)
