Getting this error on Drupal 10.
drupal/enable_disable_node_toggle 1.0.1 requires drupal/core ^8 || ^9
Try to run
composer require 'drupal/enable_disable_node_toggle:^1.0'
The composer file should be updated to include the core 10 version.
