D8 - Cant convert to webp in image styles

Hi, I would check some things
1- Is the webp module loading by accessing /admin/config/media/webp/settings

2 - Check if the GD library is installed in your server: Go to /admin/reports/status and look for the GD library.

3 - If you are using Imagick, check if GD is available in /admin/config/media/image-toolkit and try to select it

I have check points 1 and 2 and its ok, i can access to webp config and i have GD library in 2.1.0 version. We are not using imagick so point 3 doesnt apply.

I cant see webp option in webp image styles still.

I am facing same issue. It is not showing webP option in the image style convert feature.

The same problem here. WebP option is not available in Convert types list.

I don't know why this is a thing... but under ImageMagick, do the following to solve this.

Go to "admin/config/media/image-toolkit"

Under Image Formats

Scroll through the list, and find WEBP

Erase the line that reads "enabled: false"

Hit save...

And then the image styles "CONVERT" tool lets you select "WEBP".
