[UI] Improve layout of the post form

Problem/Motivation

If the post form does not have an album selection we have a broken layout of the current form.

Steps to reproduce

  • Go to the group page
  • Go to the stream tab
  • Load the image on the post form
  • Make sure that the `social_album` module is not enabled.

Proposed resolution

Improve layout styles for the post form.
