The logo PNG file has been added to the 2.x Branch of the TB megamenu project. It will be included in the next release.

The logo has been added to the 2.x branch. However, the 8.x-1.x branch is the default in the repository. I suggest also adding to this branch. Having it in the default branch will cause to logo to be used as the project logo in GitLab, on the project page on drupal.org (it will appear to the left of the project title), and on the module card in Project Browser. There's no real downside to including it in the 8.x-1.x branch.
