Should something still be visible if all contexts fail AND 'all must pass' is unchecked?

Problem/Motivation

If you have a situation where you apply 1+ Contexts to an item but they all fail, yet 'all must pass' is unchecked, the item displays. I think this is expected behavior - but maybe we should signal that to the user better in the form description or README.

Proposed resolution

Clearly define what this option does.
