Custom 4xx pages per Content Type

I thought this module would fit my use case but unfortunately the focus of this module is not quite what I was looking for.

I need different 4xx pages per content type. So basically if a requested node is a "page" -> serve special 4xx page for this content type, if requested node is "article" -> serve another 4xx page for this content type.

This is not the scope of the module but could make sense to integrate this feature into the module.
