Problem/Motivation

I have managed to get this working quite nicely to display a widescreen PDF slideshow embedded on the page but I notice that the Scrolling mode (Page, Vertical, Horizontal) is remembered from session to session (cookies perhaps?)...

What I would like to know is whether we can somewhere force the mode in my (per field instance maybe?).

Could such a feature be added to the Manage Display settings?

Thanks all

Can anyone please shed any light on this one.

Ideally, what we are aiming to do is to force the display of all out embedded PDFs to Page scrolling mode so that, by default on loading they display horizontally just like a PowerPoint (and SlideShare and rest) do.

It feels like this should be a choice in Manage Display settings page for the field but it isn't there?

Can the module be tweaked with some overriding code (hook etc) to be made to do this?

    OR ////

Are we barking up the wrong tree here and you know of a better way for use to get our PDF slideshows nicely embedded on the Drupal page?

    Thanks community.
