ID of chosen module field are changing after selecting a field and in search block and clicked on search

I have installed chosen module for multiple selection but after giving configuration like select:visible some fields changed to multiple selections but some other which i don't need to be multi selector also became one and after clicking on search button the id of the fields which is not meant to be multi selector changed to different one for eg:edit_field_featured_content__276_chosen
