Not compatible with subforms / nested forms like paragraphs or ief

Problem/Motivation

When this (awesome) widget is used on an entity that is being edited through a subform (like with paragraphs or inline entity form) the form parent structure deviates from the current assumption made in this module - as a result, this module won't work.

Steps to reproduce

Use this module on a taxonomy field on a paragraph and edit it through the parent entity to create a new term.

Review MR and commit.
