Remove version info from translations downloaded from localize.drupal.org

Problem/Motivation

The drush command locale-deploy:localize-translations gets translations from localize.drupal.org - the files downloaded have version in the name. Given the point of this module is to check this files into git the version is not that useful and when it changes will result in unnecessary renames in git.

Proposed resolution

Can we somehow modify locale.settings::translation.default_filename to make this go away?
