New release of Drupal 7 module

Hi there,

There was an issue resolved a few years back that involved a patch to this module that allowed for custom help text to be written for the summary field ( https://www.drupal.org/project/text_summary_options/issues/3101879 → ). Is there any chance of a formal release for this please?
