Allow to remove items from inactive job

Problem/Motivation

Sometimes, you accidentally add too many items to a complex job.
And then it's annoying that we can't easily delete an item in that job again.

It's common to review a complex / expensive job content short before sending.

Currently, the only option is to delete the job and recreate it again.

Add a wrong item...

Proposed resolution

Allow to delete items in inactive jobs.

Add a Delete / X on the job item list in the job.
