Single H1 on page shows needs improvement single title assessment result

Problem/Motivation

The Yoast Analyze tab is showing a "Single title" suggestion in its analysis results. However, the content for the page only has a single H1 tag.

Single title: H1s should only be used as your main title. Find all H1s in your text that aren't your main title and change them to a lower heading level!

Steps to reproduce

Enable Layout Builder on a content type.
Configure the Page Title block placement to not be visible on that content type.
Create a new node of that content type.
Edit the page within the Layout tab.
Add a content block to a section with a single H1 tag.
Visit the Yaost Analyze tab and see the incorrect suggestion.

Based on this Wordpress support entry, it seems that the package assumes the title is supplied in the theme and that any content analyzed should not have any H1 tags.

I wonder if the package is configurable in this respect.
