Creation of dynamic properties is deprecated

PHP 8.2 Depricates the creation of dynamic properties. The Fastly module does this a few places in the Api class.

Install the module in Drupal running on php 8.2. Be sure to enable deprecation warning messages. Errors should appear immediately

Define the missing properties.

Do it, and review.

It appears this is actually fixed in the dev release, however the dev release is not installable on Drupal 9.
