When upgrading from Sector 9 to Sector 10 there are a lot of config changes. We have missed a few changes that core has introduced since 8.0. We want to rename and re-architect a number of features.
1. Replace all Sector config with the config from Drupal core's "standard" site install so that the initial dev Sector 10 branch builds a clean site with no custom config or content.
2. Heike will review and rebuild all desired configuration which will then be exported and become the new base for fresh Sector builds.
3. Heike will review and recreate all default content which will be re-exported to replace the old default content and will be made optional during installation.
Existing Sector sites will not be affected, they will be able to upgrade without these changes affecting them.

First "wipe" has been committed so that a fresh Sector 10 site can be built for non-technical sitebuilders to do the next stages of review and rebuilding on.
