v2.0.12 Not installing via Composer

v2.0.11 installs fine. Composer fails to find v2.0.12 at Packagist.

Try to install v2.0.12.

Opening this for internal tracking. For now, v2.0.11 works fine. This may be a Packagist problem.

This turned out to be an infrastructure outage; we were just lucky enough to have one of the affected files.
