Move to drupal/drutopia namespace?

Currently the profile's namespace is drutopia/drutopia which is handled at Packagist: https://packagist.org/packages/drutopia/drutopia

Which isn't a big deal except when Packagist fails to auto-update like it's supposed to.

There was some difficulty with changing this namespace and Open Social also uses a custom namespace for its profile: https://git.drupalcode.org/project/social/-/blob/11.5.x/composer.json

So probably we do not want to move, but we definitely want to document why it's done this way.
