Cache invalidateTags on hook uninstall/install is obsolete, needs update

When uninstalling the module, you'll get [error] Error: Call to undefined method Drupal\Core\Cache\DatabaseBackend::invalidateTags() in views_rss_content_uninstall()

Be in drupal core 9.4 and above, try to uninstall the module

Updating the cache dependency.
