Drupal 9+ version

Hello,

I am working on adding a jvectormap to a D9 site for a client. Unfortunately, it looks like this module is out of date, and I can't use it. But I'd be happy to provide anything I create here to be used in a D9 version of the module. Here's a general description of what I am thinking.

Using Jvectormap 2.0.5

• Provide a block type that can place a jvectormap. There is a field that allows you to select which map you wish to use.
• Maps are defined in as their own plugin types, which include references to the map id, language, label, and file.
• Javascript that instantiates the map will also emit a custom event to allow other developers to add their own options before instantiating the map

I'm also considering providing it as a custom field type, so that it can be embedded inside any other entities as needed.
