Incremental Static Regeneration and Revalidation

Hello,

Suppose i have a content homepage with fields referencing taxonomies entities and other paragraph referencing other taxonomies.

Question:
- How to set up Incremental Static Regeneration for this content type in the drupal BO. I know what to implement on the nextJS front side. (GetStaticProps)
- Will updating the taxonomies terms directly and not the node to cause the cache to invalidate and cause the content on the nextjs website to revalidate ?
