Block translation validation errors should not cause a redirect

Problem/Motivation

When a block translate form is submitted with validation errors, it causes the entire page to redirect away from Layout Builder to /layout_builder/translate/inline-block/overrides/....... The validation errors should be displayed directly on the form rather than redirecting, like core does when editing the layout in the source language.
