Problem/Motivation

When enabling a module with Drush and doing some node entities save in the hook_install of this module, it fails with this error:
TypeError: Drupal\restrict_route_by_ip\Service\RestrictIpService::__construct(): Argument #6 ($route_provider) must be of type Drupal\Core\Routing\RouteProvider, Drupal\Core\Routing\RouteProviderLazyBuilder given
