Add an option to include Views in the 'empty result' area to count toward the total.

There is a new option now that will check Views in the empty display recursively for additional results.

Initial testing of this appears to be correct. Unfortunately the current tests would have to be converted to kernel tests (more than likely) in order to update tests for this option due to how View areas are attached to a View, which I do not have time to do at the moment.
