Some project composer data is cached and not updated properly

The data for the rocketship_core module seems to be cached and not updated. This can be seen by checking https://packages.drupal.org/files/packages/8/p2/drupal/rocketship_core.json and the same url with a random query parameter. There are 3 new releases in the 5.0.x series that are not included in the json file that should be (5.0.2 and up).

I think it's cached in the reverse proxy, so clearing that cache could fix it, but this could still occur again at a later time then.

This was cached at the CDN. We do do purge the CDN when Composer metadata is updated, and everything looks like it is working correctly, so likely an HTTP request was dropped in a small outage somewhere.
