"Could not resolve host: ping.ohdear.app" should be reported as a warning event (making ohdear reports more helpful)

Problem/Motivation

OhDear app ping endpoint for Scheduled jobs sometimes does not resolve. It should not be recorded as watchdog error but only as a warning. 

GuzzleHttp\Exception\ConnectException: cURL error 6: Could not resolve host: ping.ohdear.app (see https://curl.haxx.se/libcurl/c/libcurl-errors.html) in GuzzleHttp\Handler\CurlFactory::createRejection() (Zeile 200 in /home/prodxvbm-ssh/vcs/vendor/guzzlehttp/guzzle/src/Handler/CurlFactory.php).

Proposed resolution

Wrap the ping in .module file into try/catch statement.
