Problem/Motivation

Install fails with "Unable to install zeropoint, zeropoint.settings already exists in active configuration."

Steps to reproduce

Admin -> Appearance -> (Uninstalled themes) Install 0 Point 8.x-1.7

Proposed resolution

Yes, there are some traces of zero point in the system -- the site is 9.5.5, but converted from an old D7 site that used 0point. What and where should I delete? I.e. I don't know where in D9 these corresponding config files are located.
(The site uses w3css because, well, there wasn't a D8 version from 0point for a long time. Now I tried to load 0point on the test site to see how it looks and feels...)

First clear cache (/admin/config/development/performance) and the run /update.php.

If it doesn't work, uninstall the theme first using info from here: https://www.drupal.org/docs/extending-drupal/uninstalling-modules

i tried, didn't work (composer remove drupal/zeropoint, flush all caches, composer require 'drupal/zeropoint:^1.7' etc).

I found solution and I'll write that down, maybe it's good for others to know:
I searched the entire site database (w phmyadmin) for 'zeropoint' (after removing theme), and found a lot of matches (mostly migrated blocks w zeropoint string in name, 40 fields in migrate_map_d7_blocks etc).
The installation was successful after I manually deleted the field 'zeropoint.setting' from the config table.
