Javascript aggregation breaks field edit page

Problem/Motivation

When javascript aggregation is active, all Drupal javascript seems broken on the "Modify field values" page.
This results (among other issues) in the page showing all fields, even when none is selected.

Steps to reproduce

Create a view, add a Views Bulk Operations field and select the "Modify field values" as the action.
If js aggregation is off, the view works as expected, and one can select a field to modify.
Enable js aggregation. Then javascript is broken and all fields are diplayed when the page loads.
