Cannot add a non-admin route

Problem/Motivation

I have done a fresh install of v2.00.

My particular interest is in whacking up the available memory on certainly memory-hungry pages such as /admin/config/development/configuration so I have enabled the Route sub-module.

I seem to be able to add an Admin Route fine but whenever I choose just basic Route then hit the Configure Constraint Settings button, nothing appears to happen on-screen and visiting the dblog shows...
