Allow for non-default entity id generation

Problem/Motivation

Not everyone uses the same id for a product variation. When migrating from a different feed generation type (custom, Views data export, etc), one may want to have control over the product variation id.

Proposed resolution

Add an event to allow module users to subscribe and generate their own entity ids.
