If I add an inline content block in a dashboard, that block is not rendered when viewing the dashboard.
Consider that this might be an issue in layout_builder itself.
1. Edit a dashboard.
2. Create an inline block.
3. Go to the dashboard.
First we need to see if we want to allow inline blocks in the dashboard. If we don't, we need to see a way to remove that option (which doesn't look simple as it happens on a controller, so might require changes to layout builder itself).
If we want them, we need to debug why this is happening.
Decide on approach.
