Support for Drupal 9.5+

Problem/Motivation

Currently this module extends `DrupalMediaLibrary` which prior to Drupal 9.5 was part of the media_library core module namespace. However, with Drupal 9.5 there's been some changes to the organizational structure around this plugin and where it lives. This no longer lives in the media_library core module, but now in the ckeditor (CKEditor 4) core module.

Proposed resolution

Adjust namespace to be correct so that the plugin still works.
