ProcessedTextEntityBlock isn´t working properly with entity refernece fields

Problem/Motivation

When using the ProcessedTextEntityBlock to show/hide the block depending on the value of other entity fields, the block is being hidden if a reference entity field with values is entered, which should not be the case.
