Remove Linkit support

Problem/Motivation

Linkit support is incomplete and is buggy. Remove until a proper solution can be implemented.

The current solution only address LinkitFilter and not LinkitFormatter.

Ideally, it would be possible to alter SubstitutionInterface->getUrl(). Trying to reverse engineer the entity from the URL is brittle and apparently broke from D9 to D10.

Remove Linkit-related code.
