Decide if we want to remove \Drupal\automatic_updates_extensions\Validator\UpdateReleaseValidator completely.

Problem/Motivation

We can remove it completely as this check is already done through the form/ui and ExtensionUpdater is internal so it should never be called directly except through our form.
But if we don't remove it because we want an extra api check here then we should do the same thing in automatic updates.
