Download the reports in csv format

Now we are building the report tables with a render array. If we would be able to use views, we can implant easily the "Csv Report Exporter" using other contribution modules and other interesting features.

So the first step should be check this solution.

This functionality have been implemented in other issues.

There is a service to implement the download button easily in any report, so close this issue.
